	As one of the most experienced lubricant suppliers in the North West, our own blending facilities keep up to date with current lubricant specifications and manufacturer recommendations. Caldo use only premium quality additives from the worlds leading suppliers, these are HOT blended with the highest quality solvent refined base oils to provide Premium Quality Lubricants. Caldo has the ability to mix a wide range of liquids, including water and solvent based formulations.

	LIQUID STORAGE
		The tank farm at our St.Helens depot has been specifically designed to be flexible. We have tank sizes ranging from 1000L to 150,000L, suitable for a wide range of base materials and finished products.

		Whether your liquid is fully synthetic, petroleum or water based - we can store, fill and distribute in any pack size from 100ml to bulk tanker deliveries



	PRODUCTION
	We have our own, on-site label design and print capabilities which can issue custom designs at speed without the need for costly set-up charges. More intricate designs can be designed & procured as required. In addition to a variety of semi automatic filling machines which are used for very short-runs, Caldo has 3 fully automatic filling lines which are capable of filling from 100ml to 5Litre at speeds of up to 3000 bottles per hour. We also fill 20/25 Litre drums, 200Litre barrels and 1000 Litre IBC tanks.



	PACKAGING DESIGN & ADVICE
	Caldo are able to offer design and packaging advice based upon many years of experience gained in the design & marketing of our own products. We are able to accept responsibility for the design, manufacture & packing processes of any project. We are equally at home providing the machinery & labour only for filling our clients own containers.
